Welcome to the Glenview Homeowners Association website! We are hoping that you will visit often. Please look over the site, make suggestions for content if you wish and try out our links. The GHA Board hopes that this will be a way for you to have open communication with the Board and an easy way to find out important information regarding our neighborhood.
Each Glenview home is a PUD (Planned Unit Development). They are private homes and each home owner is responsible for full Property Insurance and taking care of all aspects of their home from back fence to the road line. All homes share at least one wall and roof with other homes, together with back yard fences, gates, access and common areas. We encourage you to read our Bylaws & Covenants.
Glenview homes are NOT Condominiums. The mandatory Home Owners Association is to facilitate the aggregation and reduction of costs for such things as lawn care and pest control.
