About Us

Glenview is a Planned Unit Development community with 73 townhomes. We are located one mile north of Middlebrook Pike off Piney Grove Church Road at Creekhead Road. 

Glenview was built over several years, beginning in 1997. Most townhomes are one story; 2-3 bedrooms, with a 2 car garage. Several homes are 2- story, 3 bedrooms, also with a 2 car garage. We are only 2 miles from West Town Mall; 9 miles from the University of Tennessee campus; 10 miles from downtown Knoxville, and approximately 8 miles from Turkey Creek Shopping Center. Kids attend West Hills Elementary, Bearden Middle, and Bearden High Schools. Glenview belongs to City Council District 3, County Commission District 4, and School Board District 4.

Glenview Homeowners Association, Inc. has a Charter with the State of Tennessee. We have By-Laws, Covenants, and a Board of Directors. We have monthly dues which pay for association operating costs, termite protection, lawn maintenance; and a roof replacement reserve fund (many homes had their roofs replaced in 2014).
