* LAWN CARE: our monthly dues cover lawn mowing and trimming of sidewalks, patios, and driveway. During the winter, early spring, and excessively dry weather, the lawns may not be mowed weekly. Short clipped lawns allow rapid weed growth. Hillsides and detention ponds need extra height to the grass for better water run-off protection. If you wish to contract individually with our lawn care management team for bush/shrub or tree pruning, gutter clean out, or other work such as gate lock repair, fence repair pressure washing, etc. you may contact our lawn maintenance contractor, Cody Burkhart, [email protected], 865-363-1183. (You certainly may contract with anyone else that you choose to do these extra jobs.) ** TERMITE CONTROL: Yearly inside termite inspection is a part of our group contract with Russell Pest Control, Inc. They set a few days in late February/early March to come to our neighborhood to inspect multiple homes. You will also need to open your back gate for outside termite station inspection. If you are unable to have your home open on those days you may call Russell PC to set an individual appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Russell Pest Control: 865-584-8549. If you have this yearly inspection, you are fully protected from future termite damage and you will receive a FREE inspection letter when your home is sold.
